Reporting a problem

A report we can act on usually includes:

  • the Camoufy version, shown at the bottom of the side menu, and the engine version from the Engine page;
  • what you did, what you expected and what happened instead;
  • data\logs\app.log from the program folder, and the profile's log from its Advanced tab if one profile misbehaves.

Please remove proxy passwords from logs, and don't send cookie files or exported profiles unless we ask for one to reproduce an issue.

Security

If you find a vulnerability, write to the same address with "Security" in the subject. Give us reasonable time to fix it before publishing details. We will credit you if you wish.
